Shobi Zietlow is the Founder and Owner of RSS – Your Talent Partners, a locally owned staffing and recruiting firm serving Monroe County and the surrounding region. After building her career in staffing, Shobi launched RSS with a vision to create better hiring experiences for both businesses and job seekers.
