Born and raised in Monroe County, Cedric Schnitzler has spent more than 30 years as an organic dairy farmer while dedicating countless hours to community service. A former town board chair and member of numerous civic organizations and task forces, Cedric began serving on the county board at just 26 years old and has held leadership roles for over a decade.

Deeply community-focused, Cedric coordinates the annual Safety Patrol trips to Washington, D.C., giving local students an unforgettable educational experience.

In addition to serving on the Wisconsin Counties Association Board of Directors and the Wisconsin Mutual Insurance Board of Directors, Cedric continues to champion initiatives that strengthen local governance and enrich Wisconsin communities.

Married with three children, Cedric brings a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to every role—and is honored to serve as MC for this year’s conference.
