Jellystone Park™ Warrens Wraps Its 2026 Season With Two Weekends of Family Halloween Fun

Costume contests, a haunted basement, the Fright Train Express and park-wide trick-or-treating take over the campground Oct. 2–4 and Oct. 9–11

WARRENS, WI (Sept. 25, 2026) Fall in Wisconsin’s Cranberry Capital means the cranberry harvest, crisp nights and, at Jellystone Park™ Warrens, a campground that goes all in on Halloween. The family-friendly resort will host its final two Halloween weekends of the 2026 season, Frights, Bites, and Chilly Nights (Oct. 2–4) and Monster Mash & Moonlight Bash (Oct. 9–11), giving families across western Wisconsin a chance to swap the usual neighborhood candy route for a full weekend of costumes, campfires and not-too-scary thrills.

Both weekends are part of the park’s Halloween Haunts celebration, which opened in September with Haunted Hallows Weekend. Guests can expect a packed schedule designed so kids, parents, grandparents and even the family dog all get in on the fun.

Weekend highlights include:

• The Fright Train Express: the signature ride of the Halloween season at Jellystone Park™ Warrens.
• Costume contest: open to all ages, with pets encouraged to suit up and compete too.
• Haunted basement: eerie surprises around every corner for guests brave enough to step inside.
• Magic Pumpkin Patch: a whimsical stop with surprises for the youngest campers.
• Park-wide trick-or-treating: a campground-wide candy adventure that lets kids go site to site.
• Campsite and golf cart decorating contests: the winner of each contest earns a free night of camping next Halloween

The Monster Mash & Moonlight Bash weekend marks the park’s last weekend of the 2026 season, making October the final opportunity to experience Jellystone Park™ Warrens until the park reopens next spring.
